- Descriptions of business frustrations or challenges you voluntarily provide during the diagnostic
Contact form submissions
- Name, email, phone number (optional), and your message
Website analytics
- Page views, device type, and referral source
- Collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To generate and deliver your Business Health Check results and score
- To send you your personalised report via email (only if you provide your email address)
- To contact you if you request a callback or book a walkthrough

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
We do NOT send unsolicited marketing emails. The only email you'll receive is the report you requested. That's it.

- Diagnostic data and contact information are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, using Australian-proximate servers
- Transactional emails (your health check report) are sent via Resend
- Data is retained for 12 months from the date of collection, unless you request deletion earlier
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest

- Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time
- Correction: You can request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will action deletion requests within 30 days
